for seniors in care homes.

Each program is designed to:

  • Support gentle physical activity

  • Bring fun, joy, and connection to your residents

Each program includes:

  • A full-length 30 minute video program
  • A printable program list or guide
  • Suggestions on how to enhance the listening experience
  • Ideas for further enrichment and follow-up activities
